Let's get this off to a great start. I will tell you the story of my best friend's battle with his weight gains. Having a bad back and leaning forward to bracing himself with table tops and the backs of any available chair for most of his waking day, Joe found the weight loss he achieved within the first week a god send for relieving over 90% of his pain. So just how well did he do? Joe started the program on Friday, January 29 weighing in at a stocky 240 pounds. Blood pressure 138/95. Waist 40. Feeling tired all of the time and hurting with every step he took. He could not sleep for more than 3 hours at a time because he had to get up to stretch and reposition.

One week later his shirt (which he had recently purchased) looks like a curtain or a loose sail flopping in the wind. He ended up making a new hole in his leather belt just to keep his pants up and was able to pull out his size 38's- getting back into a whole new wardrobe he had stashed away because they were just too tight to wear, but too new to toss. His weight is now 226 and best of all, he walks without a limp and no stooping forward. His blood pressure is now 129/89. He is coming in for re measuring in a few days, I will post the findings then.
